New Members
The Shoalhaven
Lydian Singers are always happy to welcome new members.
We don’t have a
formal audition and ask only that prospective members have a
pleasing singing voice. An ability to read music
is helpful but not essential. We
suggest that
interested prospective members come along and sing with us for
a few rehearsals so that we can see
how we fit with each other’s needs. Our
rehearsals are 6.30pm to 9.00pm every Wednesday at St Andrews
Church
Hall, Nowra.
The choir is warm,
friendly and supportive with a repertoire which covers both
sacred and secular choral
works such as madrigals, masses, show tunes and
modern jazz (both ‘a
Capella’
and with accompaniment).

We
welcome the new members that have recently joined our group and
members who have
returned.

Lesley enjoys working as a freelance musician, playing oboe in numerous
solo,
orchestral, chamber and theatrical
performances.
